In the brewing process, we’ve hopped it in the kettle using Mosaic and Amarillo, infusing it with delightful aromas. For an extra burst of flavor, we’ve dry-hopped it with the same hops, along with a touch of Galaxy. Balance Transfer makes a substantial deposit on your palate with notes of passion fruit, peach, and a zesty kick of citrus.
Hybrid style India Pale Ale. For this experimental IPA, we took our Cold IPA consisting of American 2 row barley and flaked rice and hopped it in the kettle with Simcoe and Amarillo. Dry hopped with Cascade and Amarillo and fermented with a classic American Ale yeast.
