Hybrid style India Pale Ale. For this experimental IPA, we took our Cold IPA consisting of American 2 row barley and flaked rice and hopped it in the kettle with Simcoe and Amarillo. Dry hopped with Cascade and Amarillo and fermented with a classic American Ale yeast.
He’s Back! One of our original hazy IPAs we released when we first opened our doors in 2022. Pairing Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops atop a base of Two-row and Golden Promise, along with plenty of malted oats and wheat. Notes of citrus, Smooth bittering, rich, fruity, gooseberry, with eccentric characteristics. 40 IBUs
Our experimental low bitter double IPA, dry hopped with smooth characteristics, finished with blood orange and lactose for a smoother flavor with notes of citrus, tropical fruit.
‘Schools Out forever’ With a grain bill comprised of two-row barley, malted oats, malted red wheat and flaked red wheat. Lightly hopped in the kettle with Columbus, Citra and Mosaic hops and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe
Showcasing all NJ grown grains from Rabbit Hill in Shiloh, NJ; pilsner, red wheat and rye. This beer is lightly hopped with experimental hop HBC 630 and fermented with a hybrid-style saison strain. Slight tartness with tropical fruit and subtle pepper notes. 24 IBUs

Brewed for our friends at Woodstown Central Rail. This beer celebrates Locomotive #9 built in 1942 as Army #4023, having diverse roles, transitioning from military service to private railway. The #9 was pulled out of retirement and after an extensive restoration, is set to return to service for the Woodstown Central Rail soon.
Brewed with Marris Otter and Two-Row barley, along with a blend of crystal and dark specialty malts. Hopped with Williamette and conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans.
