Brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked and malted red wheat, and a touch of rye. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin and fermented with our Belgian yeast strain. Fruity, spicey and refreshing with notes of Sauvignon Blanc wine grapes and gooseberries. 27 IBUs

Brewed with German Pilsner, 2 Row Barley, and Flaked Rice. Lightly hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Hersbrucker and fermented cold under pressure with our favorite robust German lager yeast. Crisp, light, and refreshing. Expect notes of spice, fruit and floral characteristics. 11 IBUS
Collaboration with Farm Credit East. A West Coast Style India Pale Ale brewed with American 2 row and red wheat, malted oats, crystal and munich malts. Hopped in the kettle with Cascade and dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Cascade. Lightly malty backbone with moderate bitterness with aromas of grapefruit, pine and citrus. 59 IBUs
Brewed with a base of pale two row, Marris Otter along with a good portion of malted oats. Hopped in the kettle with El Dorado and dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo. Notes of pineapple, orange citrus, peach, melon and a light floral character.
Our experimental low bitter double IPA, dry hopped with smooth characteristics, finished with blood orange and lactose for a smoother flavor with notes of citrus, tropical fruit.

New England Style India Pale Ale brewed with a hop blend provided by Yakima Chief specifically Ales for ALS™. The base of this beer was created with two row barley, spelt, malted white wheat and Vienna malts. The hop blend includes Citra(20%), Ekuanot(5%), Ahtanum(10%), Loral(15%), experimental hops HBC 630(30%) and HBC 586(20%). Fruity flavors and aroma of pineapple, mango, guava, citrus, cherry and tropical fruits.
