Crafted by our skilled brewers, this beer combines the richness of 2-row barley with a generous dose of malted oats and red wheat. In the brewing process, we’ve hopped it in the kettle using Mosaic and Amarillo, infusing it with delightful aromas. For an extra burst of flavor, we’ve dry-hopped it with the same hops, along with a touch of Galaxy. Balance Transfer makes a substantial deposit on your palate with notes of passion fruit, peach, and a zesty kick of citrus.
Hybrid style India Pale Ale. For this experimental IPA, we took our Cold IPA consisting of American 2 row barley and flaked rice and hopped it in the kettle with Simcoe and Amarillo. Dry hopped with Cascade and Amarillo and fermented with a classic American Ale yeast.
