 New England style IPA utilizing all Viking Malting Company malts.  Viking Malt is one of the largest malting companies in the world and the largest roaster of specialty malts.  For this beer we used a grist of Pale Ale Malt, Malted Wheat and Vienna malts with a huge whirlpool of Citra hops in the kettle.  Dry hopped with more Citra and some Mosaic hops for balance.  Notes of sweet fruit, citrus, dank berry and currant. 

  West Coast style, this IPA delivers bright notes of citrus, pine, and supported by a crisp malt backbone. With moderate bitterness and a clean, dry finish, approachable flavor without overwhelming bite.

One of our OGs is back with a 'fresh' interpretation   staying true to the hop combination of Nelson Sauvin and Citra.  We kept   the grist simple leaning into the Golden Promise barley and hefty portion of   malted red wheat.  Utilizing some choice Nelson Sauvin hops from   Freestyle Hops that underwent the Bliss process exhibiting distinct wine-y   aromas, with bright grape, gooseberry and complex fruit aromas and rich   background dankness.  28IBUs .

Our experimental low-bitter double IPA, dry hopped with smooth characteristics, finished with blood orange and lactose for a smoother flavor with notes of citrus, tropical fruit.

Deceivingly smooth' like a certain legendary   mustached third baseman   A hefty grain bill loaded with malted   oats and red wheat meld with an intense whirlpool of Citra and Cascade   hops.  Dry hopped with Citra, Cascade and Mosaic.  Floral, citrus,   grapefruit and pine resin.  36IBUs

  Our lightest beer. Crisp, light, and refreshing. Expect light notes of lime & lemon in this   easy-drinking light lager. 11 IBUS . 

 Definitely a nontraditional lager utilizing lightly roasted malted oats.  The oats provide a nutty and slight toast aroma with light notes of breakfast cereal, while providing a creamy mouth feel. German Saphir hops bring a refined blend of noble hop spice, floral notes, and fruity hints of citrus. 30 IBUs 

 A grain bill compromised of German pilsner malt and a large portion of rice give a light crisp backbone. Austrian Vic Secret hops with hits of pineapple, citrus, and sweet fruit. 

 Our flagship pilsner is an easy drinking and flavorful blonde colored Pilsner. Portions of the proceeds are donated to the preservation of the Battleship NJ.    

This beer is a collaboration with South Jersey Preservation for the 2026 Farmers Summit.   We used Pilsner malt from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ along with a small portion of German Vienna malt and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh.  Fermented cool under pressure with a traditional top-fermenting German yeast strain for natural carbonation. 26 IBUs

English style ale with low carbonation and low alcohol. This classic will make you feel like you’re in a pub in jolly,   old

England. 

 Traditional Red Ale. Light caramel malt flavor and sweetness, with a toffee-like quality. This is an easy-drinking pint, malt-focused with an initial sweetness and a roasted dryness in the finish.  24 IBUs  

 Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Freedom Jiu Jitsu. This our flavorful malty classic American Amber Lager. 

This smooth dark stout has light chocolate and coffee notes.

Once you have one, you will be hooked. Contains lactose. 

A traditional yeast-driven   German wheat beer expressing banana, clove, citrus and breadiness. Very   refreshing, light to medium bodied and low bitterness.  11 IBUs

 Our sour is hard to describe, but delicious. It is NOT a thick, milkshake style sour. This version is the perfect balance of tangy and sour. 

 The dynamic, tropical flavors of mango and passionfruit. Sun-drenched sweetness meets tangy tart notes of spiked refreshment 

 A refreshing seltzer with just the right amount of Lime and Mint goes perfect for fun in the sun.  

 Our delicious frozen version of seltzers, perfect for when the sun is shining. Named after our friend Steve Ware’s favorite summertime treat!
